Kern Lasers Systems are state-of-the-art laser cutting and engraving equipment. HSE Laser System

The HSE Laser System is the flagship model in Kern’s product lineup.
A wrap around gantry traverses over the cutting bed allowing for finished parts to be easily removed at all sides of the machine. The moving gantry features high speed servo motors and a flying optics beam delivery providing consistent beam power and quality over the entire work area.
The HSE equipment is versatile to the degree that it will quickly process acrylic, metal, wood, stone, foam and more.

OptiFlex Laser System

The OptiFlex is Kern’s flagship high performance laser system. The HyperDual motion package installed on the OptiFlex is setting the standard for large format laser cutting and engraving machines. This improved motion system features a rack and pinion design and powerful servo motors at each side of the laser table. Cut acceleration rates are up to three times faster with a 100% increase in top end vector speed. The X axis has also been upgraded with twin linear rails and a thicker steel reinforced belt.

DHS Laser System

The DHS Laser System was specially designed for customers that require a laser system to meet their high production cutting requirements. The Dual Head System is equipped with two laser heads, allowing for double the cutting production. Kern’s KCAM software will match the power of each laser resulting in two identically powered lasers. If you wish to cut a single large file, simply lock one laser to the side and the master laser has full cutting capacity over the entire table top.
The DHS laser offers a rugged table structure that will hold up to your demanding production schedules. The tight footprint of this model allows a 0″ reach clearance for loading your material and removing your parts. Kern’s DHS Laser Cutting and Engraving Systems use only one mirror, allowing easy adjustment of the laser beam to the optics lens. This adjustment is done once at the factory and may not need to be adjusted again. The DHS laser maintains a constant laser power over the entire table top as the laser is moved over the material with a fixed focus point.

Z12 Laser System

The Z12 Laser System offers the greatest amount of detail available in the monument etching industry.
The strong, solid steel frame and extra high gantry are designed to handle heavy stones up to 12″ thick. A wrap around gantry and roller bed table makes loading and unloading of material quick and easy. The low profile table and pass through design allows for easier integration of existing conveyor systems. Urns and caskets can also be laser engraved with beautiful results.
This system boasts detail and speed. For example, a square foot of etching on granite can be completed in less than 4 minutes.
