STL Files
STL files can be used with any machine type but require set up, orientation, and processing. To print an .STL file first open Catalyst and go to File>Open STL. Next set its properties (layer thickness, model fill, support strategy), orient it, and press the “Add to Pack” button. From there position the part in the pack and press the “Print” button.
Please note that some of these .STL files are assemblies. If you resize an assembly in Catalyst the model may not function as intended

CMB Files
CMB Files are pre processed for a specific 3D printer model. A CMB file will only work on the printer it was processed for. To print a CMB file open your CatalystEX software and click on the “Pack” tab. Next click the “Insert CMB” button and browse to where you saved the download. Then simply position the part and press the “Print” button.
