In order to exchange or return your cartridge or print engine, please fill out this form and email it to RMA@stratasys.com. Do not return a product without authorization from Stratasys.

Software and Firmware Updates

In order to download software and firmware updates you must have a current maintenance contract. If you are unsure of your maintenance contract status please contact us.

  • SOFTWARE

    CatalystEX 4.1

    Download the most current version of Catalyst. Contact us to retrieve your Username and Password

    Note: Your machine must currently be under maintenance to upgrade your Catalyst software. You may upgrade through your current version of Catalyst by going to Help>Check for Updates.

    DataStat

    DataStat is a utility that allows you reset the password on your Dimension printer. It can also be used to send a Calibration file to a replacement hard drive. Contact us to retrieve your Username and Password

  • FIRMWARE

    An automatic firmware download utility is included with your machine. If you have installed it properly go to the Start Menu>Programs>Dimension>Check for Updates>Dimension Printers. If you are unable to download the firmware upgrades through your software please use the links below. Note: Contact Amtek for username and password.
