Our Services
Based on many years of experience with both technology and education, the lab planning process begins with a pre-purchase consultation. It continues with lab design, incorporating outstanding products from the industry’s top manufacturers. Our focus after the sale is responsive post-sales support.
Installation
Depending on products purchased, our installation services include furniture assembly and installation, training equipment installation, computer systems installation, networking services, data cabling services, and more. We provide total installation services for our equipment.
Training
For successful lab implementation, instructor training is essential. We offer both on-site and factory training options. Factory training is typically provided by the manufacturer at their training facility. We also offer local monthly training workshops. To learn more, please view our calendar.
On-Site Support
Once your program is up and running, the final element needed for success is follow-up service and support. In addition to our LIFETIME 800 toll-free technical support, we also include on-site support services. The on-site service warranty can be extended for as long as you are using the lab.
